Hi everyone, seems like I haven't been online much for a day or two. I didn't even switch on my laptop yesterday and still don't have much to show for it.
I "had" to visit my local craft shop during their open day on Saturday. My friend and I had a little spend but we're still saving ourselves for the SECC on Saturday coming. I came home with a few stamped images that were being demonstrated. Thanks Jeannie. Needless to say I haven't coloured any of them yet but I have made some very simple cards.
Yesterday was a gorgeous day here so I got my washing and ironing done but between that and making the cards I didn't have any time to blog!
Recently I bought two lovely "Snowman" embossing folders and some DP. I haven't used the DP yet but here's what I made with one of the folders. I love this swirly folder, it's very elegant and I didn't do much else to it except add some gems and ribbon. Love this ribbon, must get some more!
This time I added a little tree charm too. I was looking at snowflake charms on Saturday but I didn't buy any because I knew I had some at home. Snag is I can't find them anywhere, all I could find was a few trees so that had to do. The lovely sentiment is from a Paula Pascual set.
Thanks for looking and I'll come back tomorrow with the other two cards
Great embossed cards Kat, love the ribbons too. and that little charm is so cute,

I like both cards very much, so attractive with the accent bling and ribbon. xx Flora
ReplyDeleteKat I am loving your CAS cards...that embossing folder is stunning and love the added bling. Smashing, happy crafting, hugs Erika.
ReplyDeleteLove your embossing folders Kat, make such beautiful CAS cards. Have made a couple myself with stamps we bought at Oldmeldrum the other Saturday, just need some time to get and blog them. The trees will turn up after Christmas lol~
