Penny Black 107

Good evening everyone. After trying to take a decent photo of this card this evening I wish I had finished the card this morning and taken the photo when it was brighter. The wet Glossy Accents on the flowers doesn't help either. But I did housework instead - aren't I a good girl lol!





I used :-

Image :- Penny Black 2409K Letter & Daisy.

Colouring :- Promarkers. Precision Pen for faux stitching. Distress Inks.

Sentiment :- Hero Arts.

Card Candy :- Craftwork Cards.

DP :- Paper Adventures.

Glossy Accents.


The flowers are 3D'd and covered with Glossy Accents but apart from that I've kept the card quite plain as it is a sympathy card. By coincidence one of the girls who works in the shop where I work in the Post Office lost her MIL yesterday so for once I'm prepared.


I'm entering some challenges with this card:-

Penny Black :- Paper Patch.
Magical Crafts :- Flower Power.
Papertake Weekly :- In Stitches.
I think that's about it. Have a lovely weekend everyone.

    Lovely creation Kat, it's nice to see a flowery one even though it's for a sad occassion, though there will always be a need for them.

    I am taking a sneeky peek on the blog this morning, Pete's still in bed, he's off for a week and I said I wouldn't do any blogging while he's home because we have loads of stuff to do around the house. I think I have managed to work out the shedule post thingy....I kept pressing publish instead of save so fingers crossed my posts will work while I am away from the PC this week. Thanks for the help with that Kat, it's so typical of me though, the answer can be staring me in the face and I still couldn't see it...lol
